Service Description
Packages are paid in full upfront and cover a fixed period of work together. They offer clarity, commitment, and space to focus deeply on your vocal process for a fixed period of time. At the moment, 3-month packages are available directly on the website. If you’re interested in a longer package, feel free to contact me via email and we’ll find a suitable option together.
Cancellation Policy
- 1:1 vocal sessions last 45 minutes (Intro Session: 30 minutes) and are paid in advance. - You can cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. - If a session is canceled or moved less than 48 hours before the appointment, or if you do not attend (no-show), the session will be fully charged or counted as used (for monthly plans and packages). - If you cancel in time, you can rebook the session within 1 month via the website. - For online sessions, please join via Zoom using the desktop app on a laptop or computer if possible to ensure the best audio settings.
