Before you book your session: Here’s a quick overview of how things work. You can also read the full legally binding terms and conditions anytime. Services​: You book vocal coaching (online / occasionally in person), workshops, or a subscription. No specific results are guaranteed. Payment: Single sessions and packages must be paid in advance. Subscriptions are billed monthly.​ Session Length: A 1:1 session lasts 45 minutes. An intro session is 30 minutes long. Rescheduling, Cancellation, No-Show (1:1): You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged. If you are late, the session time will be shortened accordingly. Packages: Packages run for 3 months. Unused sessions expire after that period. Packages are non-transferable. Workshops: You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days in advance. After that, 50% or 100% of the fee applies depending on the timing. Subscriptions: Cancellation requires 1 month’s notice to the end of the minimum term. After the minimum term, cancellation is possible monthly with 1 month’s notice. Pauses are only possible by agreement. Health: Coaching does not replace medical treatment. If you experience pain or persistent hoarseness, please consult a doctor.
