Service Description
All abos have a minimum duration. After that, the subscription continues on a monthly basis and can be cancelled with 1 month notice before the next billing period. Offline (in-person) lessons are available upon request and for an additional fee. If you’re interested, please contact me before booking so we can find a suitable solution together.
Cancellation Policy
- 1:1 vocal sessions last 45 minutes (Intro Session: 30 minutes) and are paid in advance. - You can cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. - If a session is canceled or moved less than 48 hours before the appointment, or if you do not attend (no-show), the session will be fully charged or counted as used (for monthly plans and packages). - If you cancel in time, you can rebook the session within 1 month via the website. - For online sessions, please join via Zoom using the desktop app on a laptop or computer if possible to ensure the best audio settings.
